In Bashkiria, the indicators of the resettlement of emergency housing established for the current year as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” were exceeded. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Gosstroy of the Republic Artem Kovshov, Bash.News reports.According to him, the area of resettled housing amounted to 4.82 thousand square meters, while the target indicator was set by the Ministry of Construction for 2019 at the level of 1.05 thousand square meters. Despite the fulfillment of the task, the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing continues.Since the beginning of the year, 3.73 thousand people have been resettled in Russia, living in emergency housing on an area of 65.42 thousand square meters, Bash.News notes.The resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, ongoing in Russia since 2007, is included in the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. Within its framework, it is planned, in particular, to bring the volume of resettled emergency housing stock to 9.54 million square meters and to resettle 530.9 thousand citizens from unsuitable housing. The program is designed until 2024.
