The official exchange rate of the euro against the ruble, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on Tuesday, increased by 77.12 kopecks to 73.3955 rubles, the dollar rose by 36.89 kopecks to 65.9735 rubles, according to the Bank of Russia.The value of the dual-currency basket ($ 0.55 and € 0.45), calculated at official rates on Tuesday, increased by 54.99 kopecks compared to the weekend and Monday, reaching 69.3134 rubles.
